“Inauthentic content.” “Reused content.” “Repetitious content.” If you check your email every morning hoping it isn’t that one, you’re running a business on someone else’s mercy. A CMS network gives you a partner manager, a real appeal route and Content ID protection. Chechi Media gets you into one.

Why creators join

The email nobody sees coming.

Most creators don’t join a CMS network for a few extra dollars on their RPM. They join because they’ve watched a channel like theirs lose monetisation overnight, and they don’t want to be next.

Inauthentic contentFlagged

AI-based and automated content, judged in seconds.

AI voiceover, AI-assisted writing, automated production — the formats built to scale are the ones automated review targets hardest. A channel that took two years to build gets decided on by a system that never watches the video.

Automated reviewNo human
Reused contentFlagged

You licensed it. YouTube still flagged it.

Compilations, stock footage, archival material, commentary over clips — all legitimate, all routinely flagged as reused. Proving your rights through a web form rarely works, because nobody reads it.

Automated reviewNo human
Repetitious contentFlagged

A format that works becomes the reason you’re punished.

The consistency that grew your channel gets read as mass production. One policy update, and a series you’ve run for years is suddenly ineligible.

What changes

Managed rights change how the system sees you.

Independently, your channel is an unknown uploader and every automated system treats it that way. Under a managed CMS it becomes a registered catalogue, operated under a content owner with your rights on file — so the automated layer recognises your material as yours instead of acting against it.

Rights registered at content-owner level

Your catalogue, licences and reference assets are filed under the CMS before anything is questioned. The system has a record of what you own — instead of guessing from the video and getting it wrong.

Flagged before YouTube flags you

We review AI and automated-content disclosure, reused-content risk, licensing gaps and advertiser-friendly rules before you publish — so the formats that trip automated review get fixed while it still costs you nothing.

Whitelisted against your own catalogue

Your channels sit on the partner whitelist, so the automated claim layer will not fire on your own uploads. The claims that land on independent channels never reach you in the first place.

Claims released through the partner desk

Anything that does land is escalated through the network’s partner channel with rights documentation attached — the route independent creators don’t have. Days, not the 30-day dispute window.

A managed CMS doesn’t exempt any channel from YouTube’s policies, and no one can promise a channel will never be actioned. What it changes are the odds: rights on file at content-owner level, your catalogue whitelisted, policy risk caught before you publish, and a partner route for anything that does land — instead of an automated decision you have no way to answer.

What we do

We open the door to CMS networks.

CMS networks don’t publish their terms and rarely answer cold applications. We already work with them. We review your channel, match it to the right network, negotiate your deal and stay with you after you’re linked.

Channel audit

We check monetisation status, RPM, niche, reused-content risk and strike history, then tell you honestly whether a CMS will help — and roughly how much.

Network match & deal

Music, documentary, gaming, kids and regional channels each fit different networks. We place you with one that suits your content and push for a better split and a fair exit clause.

Linking & ongoing support

We handle onboarding, whitelisting and the first payout check, then stay on call for claims, strikes and renewals — you message us, not a ticket queue.

Before & after

Same channel. Stronger rails.

Your content stays the same. What changes is the ad demand your videos are sold into, the protection tools you can use, and who’s in your corner when something goes wrong.

Ad rates—Standard AdSense auction▲Network-level ad demand — well-run network channels typically see CPMs 10–25% higher

Protection

Protected when it counts.

Most creators join a CMS for the revenue. They stay for what happens when a false claim, a strike or a re-upload channel shows up.

Content ID

Your videos are registered so YouTube spots your footage anywhere it's re-uploaded — and sends that revenue to you.

Whitelisting

Your own channels are whitelisted so the system never claims your own uploads.

Claim release

Wrong claims on your videos are escalated to the partner desk and released, not left sitting in a dispute queue.

Strike support

Copyright and guideline appeals are filed through the network’s partner channel with your rights documentation attached — the escalation route independent channels don’t have.

Clone takedowns

Channels copying your videos or impersonating your brand are reported at rights-holder level, where action is faster.

Policy guidance

Advice on reused content, AI content and monetisation rules before a new format puts your revenue at risk.

Not another agency taking a cut.

Eligibility

Is your channel ready?

We only take channels we can genuinely help. If a CMS isn't right for you yet, we'll tell you — for free.

You're a good fit if

  • ✓Your channel is monetised in the YouTube Partner Programme
  • ✓You upload consistently with steady or growing views
  • ✓Your content is original, or licensed with proof
  • ✓Other channels re-upload or clip your videos
  • ✓You run several channels and want one deal for all of them

Not a fit yet if

  • ✕Your channel isn't monetised yet
  • ✕You use content you don't have rights to
  • ✕You have active copyright strikes that can't be resolved
  • ✕You're looking for guaranteed earnings — nobody honest can promise that
Who you’re dealing with

On the creator’s side of the table.

Chechi Media isn’t a call centre reselling network slots. We run and manage YouTube channels ourselves — so we know exactly which email you’re afraid of, and we take the creator’s side of it every time.

Ravi GurjarFounder, Chechi Media Ravi Gurjar, founder of Chechi Media
“I’ve watched creators lose a year’s income to one demonetisation email — people who did nothing wrong, who licensed their footage, who built something real. They had no way to prove it and nobody to prove it to. Chechi Media exists so creators stop being the only ones in the room without protection.”

The beginning
Running our own channels

Built and operated YouTube channels ourselves — learning the platform, its policies and its punishments from the inside.

Scaling up
A portfolio, across niches

Grew a portfolio of channels in different categories, and saw first-hand how differently each one is treated by monetisation review.

The turning point
Watching good channels fall

Saw creators with real audiences and real licences lose their income to an automated decision nobody would explain to them.

Infrastructure
Inside the CMS world

Built working relationships with CMS networks and content owners — rights management, Content ID and how those deals are actually negotiated.

Today
Chechi Media

We place creators into the networks we’d want behind our own channels, on terms we’d sign ourselves.

FAQ

Questions creators ask.

What is a YouTube CMS?
A CMS (Content Management System) is YouTube's backend tool for networks, labels and studios. It lets them manage many channels, run Content ID, and sell ad inventory at scale. Individual creators can't get CMS access themselves — they join through a network that has it.
Will I lose ownership of my channel?
No. Your Google account, channel and videos stay yours. Linking to a CMS gives the network permission to manage monetisation and rights under the agreement — and we go through that agreement with you before you sign.
Why use Chechi Media instead of applying to a network directly?
Networks don't publish their terms, and cold applications from growing channels often go unanswered. We already have relationships with networks, know which ones are taking channels like yours, and negotiate on your side — not theirs.
How does the revenue share work?
CMS networks work on a revenue share. The percentage varies depending on the type of content you make, the size of your catalogue and your rights situation — there is no single rate that applies to every channel. We audit your channel first, then share the exact terms with you in writing before anything is signed.
Do you guarantee my revenue will increase?
No — ad rates depend on your niche, views, audience location and the market. What we do is audit your channel first and give you an honest estimate. If a CMS won't help you, we'll say so.
How long until my channel is linked?
Once approved, your contract and payment details go out on WhatsApp and your channel is linked to the CMS network within 48 to 72 hours. From the moment the link is live, your revenue runs through the network.
Do you accept faceless or AI-assisted channels?
Yes, as long as the channel is monetised and the content is original or properly licensed. These channels get extra review on YouTube's reused-content rules during the audit.
Can I leave the network later?
Yes, under the exit terms in your agreement — which is why we negotiate a fair exit clause upfront. We help with unlinking and, if you want, moving to another network.
